Community Guidelines

Last updated: July 16, 2026

Plain-language summary: be respectful, be honest about who you are, and never contact or try to move a minor off Vibance. Report anything that worries you. Child accounts (under 13) don’t have access to chat or any public-facing feature, so these guidelines mainly apply to accounts ages 13 and older.

1. Who this applies to

These Community Guidelines apply to chat, comments and replies, the activity feed, public profiles, and any other feature where one user can see or interact with another user’s content on Vibance. They apply in addition to our Terms of Service. Accounts under 13 don’t have access to any of these features (see our Privacy Policy), so this page is most relevant to users ages 13 and older.

2. Be who you say you are

Don’t impersonate another person, brand, or Vibance staff member. Don’t create multiple accounts to evade a restriction or moderation action. Don’t use a display name, bio, or profile photo that’s misleading, impersonates someone else, or is otherwise inappropriate for a platform used by teens.

3. Treat other users with respect

Not allowed, anywhere on the Service:

4. Keep it simulated

Don’t claim, imply, or attempt to arrange that VibeCash, achievements, or anything else on Vibance can be exchanged for real money or anything of real-world value — it can’t (see our Disclosures). Don’t use Vibance to solicit real investments, real trades, or real financial transactions of any kind.

5. Reporting and enforcement

You can report a message, post, or account directly from the app, or email safety@vibance.co for anything urgent. We review reports and may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove an account that violates these guidelines, remove specific content, or take other steps we judge appropriate for user safety — without advance notice where safety requires it. You may appeal certain moderation actions; see the notice you received or contact safety@vibance.co. Vibance is not an emergency service — if someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

6. Changes to these guidelines

We may update these guidelines as the Service evolves. If we make material changes, we’ll update the “last updated” date above.
